Well I'm going to be selling my 95 formula auto with 145,000 miles in the next couple months I think. I had a slight accident with a chain link fence, long story I won't discuss. Any way it needs a new power steering gear unit. I'm turnung it into the ins. Everything should be fixed and it will be in top condition. I had just put on a new water pump, optispark, plugs and wires. They weren't bad it was the Holley Anhialator I had on the car. But any way it has those things replaced and also has newer brakes and tires I had put on to get ready for winter. Never used them much thouogh because of the problem with the no start and had to get money to fix. So I'm thinking about selling for right around $6,000. What do you think? I think this will be a fair price once the repairs for the body and steering gear are done. I hate to let her go but the finances just aren't going to work out.

 

Absolutely right! But as I said the finances just aren't going to work out. I've had a couple other z-28 in my day always kicked myself when I got rid of them. I once had a 91 bright red with dual cats and the 350tpi. Found out later how rare an option that was and kicked myself. But this time I need to get rid of the car. I think around 6,000 will be a fair price. If you were in the market, which you are not, would you think this is a fair price. I think the dealers around here are raping people on the prices for the cars on their lots.

 

I don't know, I just bought a 94 Z28 last month with 89,000 miles on it for $5800. It has every option and was located in Kalamazoo (kinda the same location, MI-snow-spin around and crash)

With that many miles I think you'd be pushing it but mabye once the weather breaks....
