What year and size is it???

I have some 17's with brand new tires I might be willing to trade.

 

the motor and everything '95. the frame is a '91.
its a 200 cc 2-stroke motor with a 6 speed transmission. manual clutch.
its been bored .001 over.
its got new lighting and ignition coils. new rear bearings, newew tie-rods. some other stuff too but i cant remember right now.
its purple with a black seat and yellow rims. the plastic is cracked in 2 spots.

got pics of the rims and what kind of tires are they?

 

Ive got 4 2000 SS 10 spoke wheels and tires and some 5 stars also, both sets are 17's

are they WS6 or aftermarket?
