F-body May 19 event at St. Thomas a NO-GO
Thought I'd share this. It looks like the Toronto F-body crowd are not planning on being at St. Thomas Dragway for either of their 2 events this year:

TFBM says they won't be there despite the events being on St. Thomas Dragway's schedule. TFBM is only running drag days at Cayuga in 2007.
I'll probably go anyways... there's usually a few local F-bodies that show up. May 19 is also the London Area Mustang Club's event, so it's too bad there won't be a big F-body presence this year.

That's interesting, especially the part with safety regulations regarding the use of Cement Barriers as per NHRA/IHRA code. A lot of cars especially those in the 9-10 second range ran at St. Thomas w/o any issues.
Heads are probably gonna roll over this one as St. Thomas has already issued the track schedule in early 2007 (I think Feb. was when they released it) and TFBM were scheduled for 2 dates this year.

Update: It appears as though July 14 at St. Thomas is back on the Toronto F-body schedule...

May 19 is still not going to happen, though there may be a few straglers.
