What year and make is your car? Not many people here live by Flint, so that might not help you. LOTS of great places around here though!

So, how do you want to hang that exhaust? Just back, then dump before the axle with some turn-downs?

How fancy do you want to get? You're not thinking about doing any fancy plumbing, like attempting to snake dual 2.75 pipes over the axle, are you?

Are you going to want it painted when finished?

My uncle owns Muffler man on Davison Road in burton. They have a few guys who can bend some pipe well. Alot of people will ONLY go to them for exhaust work.
Alan (my cousin) is the guy who runs it. Ask for him and tell him I sent ya.

Notice the mandrel bends? Most local "muffler shops" use crush bends. A 2 1/2" pipe is effectively less than 2" in the bends, sometimes less depending on the radius. Anything serious you shouldn't even consider anything but mandrel.

Muffler Man in Clio will make something for you, out of mandrel bent pieces. They made me a nice 3" y-pipe years ago, & mandrel bent pipes back to bullet muflers.
