Does anyone here use....

Does anyone use AFR 195 or other AFR LT4 heads? If so answer me this, are the valve covers traditional or centerbolt? Someone is trying to sell me a set of heads that are traditional bolt valve covers, but they claim them to be 195 AFR LT4's. I didnt know they were different then stock. Is this true?

Q on the AFR web site it states that you can use all factory components except studs. If you look at the picture of the LT1 and LT4 heads on the web site they have center bolt valve cover holes drilled in the heads. No holes drilled for reg valve covers. It didn't say anything about the valve cover bolt holes being different. I would email AFR and ask them. Hopes this helps.

You have to question a guy that advertises a set of push rods as solid lifters.. I don't know if you've seen these yet,

You may be interested in them.

I agree, I didn't even look at that. I only look at that before I think about bidding on something, and there not in the cards rate now.

It said they are using 2.00 and 1.65 valves. The AFR LT4 heads use 2.02 intake valves. You are right to pass.
