For the record, Ws6cott helps us out with small projects here and there such as supplying custom stickers for us to give out at events, etc...

I told him he could make some of his money back for helping us my making a few sales here, no big deal.

I didn't expect any of you to know that, but just don't jump all over him because he is not an "official" site sponsor...yet. I know he will soon enough.

Also, Ramchargers ad expired from here several weeks ago but that is no one's fault.

Again, I didn't expect any of you to know that. I just gotta fund the time to put in a phone call to Mike and have him take care of it. I'll tkae care of it tomorrow.

No big deal, let's just carry on and keep things cool for now, okay?

Unhappy

I didn't mean to start an argument over Ramchargers, I just didn't know if there was anywhere else that might stock some different stuff. I have personally had good and bad dealings with Ramchargers. Mostly good, especially lately at the Livonia store.

Sorry about starting a debate..

Thanks Jason...howd those cenenter caps turn out??? And how was the show??? give me a ring when you get a chance...

As far as Ram Chargers goes.... I find my self in there from time to time if i need something right then that I cant wait for.... I just picked up a fuel pump for our Eclipse there and even an autometer gauge which is one of my sponsors....lol if you need it right then you gotta do what you gotta do....lol

I know dave and am Friends with Bill at the livonia store on a personal level...Im not out to steal any customers or anything....lol

but if theres anything I can keep in stock that fellow board members want I have no problem doing it.... I also wouldnt mind bringing in a few customers that have something in common with me you know.

I also have a full detailing shop to run along with the import stuff so you can imagine how hectic it can be around here at times...lol

any of you guys in the area should swing in if you get some time...Id be happy to help you out or even just BS for a while....its been awhile since I got to talk to a f-body owner in person.....lol

Take care guys..

"Sorry, but i have to think thats why every time I go in one of the stores I end up waiting 10-15 minutes for a salesperson. They're too busy talking shop with the customers and not paying attention to the other 10 people waiting for help. Not only that, but I couldn't just go to the next shop down the street because there is none. Sorry if this offends anyone but its just my $.02 about Ramchargers. Oh, and I used to work there 12 years ago. Sterling Heights store- when there was one. Which brings up another point. I have to drive 10 miles to the nearest location I'd personally rather mail order and have the parts there in a few days at my door than go and wait in line only to have to ORDER the parts I want anyhow."

Most people would rather wait 5-10 minutes and then have the same 5-10 minutes spent with them.

Second, we're Ramchargers, not Murray's. There isn't a city in America where there is a speed shop every mile down the road. You're dealing with a specialty hobby, not a grocery store.

Third, sorry we can't stock everything. Our stores are only so big. We have limited warehousing available. We can only stock the parts that move. We try to put more late model f-body stuff in the store, but if our local racers aren't coming in then the parts don't move, and we don't stock as much.

Sorry if I'm coming off as an ***, but today has been a downward spiral since I woke up and my mood is sour.

damn, I got a Walbro 190lph from mailorder for $89. Shoulda called Ramchargers first.

Ive had good and bad experiences with Ramchargers, BUT always seem to go their regardless. They sometimes surprise me by having cheaper items than mailorder. Had to drive to Gratiot, but they had my clutch fork and cable when I needed it.

Its nice to acually see the items before you buy them. With mailorder you cant do that.

anyways, just my $.02
