OEM bolts's are $100, and I can only find them at a Dealer. I can get the gasket pretty much anywhere for $13-15 bucks. I'm looking at about $125 dollars to do the install with OEM parts....but if I ever do heads, I'll have to buy those parts all over again.

I am looking at getting the gasket and reusable bolts from
tbyrne motorsports.com. They offer their set at $299 with the gasket, and the bolts.

READ ABOUT IT:
Tired of blowing stock head gaskets? If so, these gaskets and bolts are what you need to keep your heads from lifting. The head bolts have a 185,000psi tensile strength and include ARP hardened washers They can be bolted-in with no modifications required and will deliver superior strength over the stock bolts. They can can also be reused without a problem unlike the stock bolts. The head gaskets are a Custom tri-metal product suitable for normally aspirated and boost applications. They are available in various thicknesses and bore configurations. They are much stronger than stock and less likely to blow out.

Its almost double of the cost of OEM parts though. BUT, I also get the parts for both sides, thus the added costs. ....It comes down to a money issue. I'll see what I have in my pocket in 2 weeks. If I can get aftermarket, I will - but most likly it will be OEM.

--------- Oh, and BTW, for all you making bets on the head gasket drinking adventure, ( ) I may sip here and there, but I don't start counting cans until after the job is done.

Milo.
