converter installation

i was wondering if anyone knows a good shop for the install of a 2800 stall converter. if anyone knows, do you happen to know what they charge and if they are careful with your car. the last thing i need is some idiot to scratch up the paint or oil up the interior. thanx guys

Im a great shop. Im in the middle of two jobs now, and about to start another one next weekend, but I can have it done before spring. what kind of car do you have? all you want is replace the torque conv. for the stall conv. right? what about trans cooler install? dependin on how hard you drive it, you should get one of those whenever you use a stall conv.. even a mild one like that.

$150 for conv. r & r

$50 for aftermarket cooler install (inline w/stock one).

email me if your interested.

PS: depending on how old your car is, or miles, sometimes the exh. mann. studs break off. no amount of heating/soaking will stop that from happening. so let me know this info also. if they break, thats obviously extra.

EDIT------------
oh, now I see. 94Z. rk sport headers. prolly wont have a problem w/that then. how many mi.s since you had them installed?

I dont need an "appointment" so to speak, but I will have to plan ahead of time. Im in dearborn heights. at beech daly and ford road. so not too far down tele. from you. early spring should work out good. I should be able to have that done in a weekend. as in drop it off fri. evening and it'll be ready to go sat. night or sund midday for sure. just email me when your ready to buy it and we'll go from there. I'll need at least 4 weeks at this point. even if Im not done w/all Im in right now, I can take out one day to knock out your install.
