Anyone know this guy 15,000 for a 9 second daily driver isnt a bad buy

Looks like an awesome car. You just have to be carefull with a car like that, I have looked at several "10 second" cars this summer only to find that they might have been 10 second cars when they were built but they were so beat and worn out that they needed a complete drivetrain/suspension rebuild to run 10's again.
This vette would be an awesome deal if it runs decent and can back up the "9 second" claim. I wonder what he has done to the car, I'm guessing he is running nitrous, supercharger or a big block to get those kind of times. Also I wonder if he is running a Dana 36 or 44 independent rear suspension or a solid axle, it looks tubbed which suggest a solid axle setup and a Dana 36 couldn't handle 9's.
