car show sponsored by my work @ 12oaks mall

car show and swap meet on sept. 14, from 8am-3:00pm. its only open to pontiacs though. any year , any model pontiac. its a good show for free. usually around 100 cars, but I havent been in the last 2 years since is was moved to the mall parking lot, so maybe more. it became too much of a hassle to clear the dealership lot for the show, so they moved it to the 12 oaks shopping mall. if your interested in showing your car, email me and I'll give you the contact info to preregister, or you can just show up at 8:00am and register there. the price is $12 day of show, and $10 preregistered. goodie bag and dash plague for the first 150 preregistered. I'll check to see how many cars are preregistered. I'll be there w/the mecham TA.

That Indian summer show is always good I usually place every year and there is always a wide variety of Pontiacs to see.
Me and my wife are bringing both our Cars this year,
`98 Formula
`03 Grand Am S/CT in Fusion Orange
We might even see a new GTO there.

I cought the end of it last year when I stumbled across it by accident. I will for sure make it this year. Actually come to think of it the guy that orginizes it took my information and was supposed to email the information when it was coming up. I think he was the dealership service manager or something like that. He was pretty cool though he came to a Bakers cruise last year that he new I was going to be at with a bunch of other Firehawks and he brought me a Dealership promotional video for the 97 Firehawks that he had laying around in his office.

I think that was his name, I have his card running around here some where. Yes he was a very cool guy. He told me that there was another LT4 firehawk there just before I got there but a black one. I think they are the only two in Mi.

how bout this jeff, I got a old shaker hood w/bird from a second gen, we can lay that across your hood (shouldnt scratch too much!), put some pontiac badges on it, and see if anyone notices.

sounds like a plan.....

how about i just stuff it in a corner somewhere? i wouldn't think anyone will notice anyway with all the pontiacs.

if that's the case i'll try to get the gp done in time and take that just so i have a "pontiac" there.

well, since this seem to be in my backyard, I think I should at least take a look. Unfortunatly the GTA is in ablsolutly no shape to be in a car show. It has some uhhh.... additional character lines.

Hey finally found it!, haven't been on camaroz28 in 4 - 5 months! I've been hanging around the LS1.com forums.

Anyways i'll be at the Pontiac show rain or shine, looks more like thunder and rain but I had such a great time last year I will go even if it snows! It rained last year on and off but that didn't stop a crowd of at least 500 people or more. It was a lot of fun and the goodie bags kept me occupied during the rain. Can't wait to show off my custom T-top holders and my electrical work the wrif 101.1 was there, and LOTS of fbodys, some annoying fieros and some cool old school Judge GTOs. If anyone is going look for STAVOS on the plate that's me, or keep yelling stavos! and I'll find you, "hopefully before the cops throw you in the loony bin" Anyways look for a black TA

-Steve
