Pretty sure we are going to come out there for the M12 event this year.. Would be flying into detriot and would like to maybe rent something nice to drive around for the weekend. Does anybody know a place to call to maybe rent a corvette or something exotic?

well if your flying in, Im sure you could just take your pick of normals rental cars at the air port. but I have no idea on where to rent an exotic or sports car from. I'll ask at our rental car desk today at work for you about that.

unfortunately Detroit doesn't have any exotic rental places. The best you can do is probably the Hertz mustang, which you can probably rent at metro airport. If you're interested, you should call ahead and see if they can get you one, or see what else they can get you.

 

whats the chevy/ferrari dealer on orchard lake and 15mile? I know they donate car rides to special events to raise money and prolly other things, wonder if they would like to have a car at the M12 event for him to show off?

 

Cauley is the dealership. I drive there probably 2x a year just to drool at the cars. The last time I was there they had a Lotus Exige, as well as some race car lookin' Bugatti (it was the same one that's in the super expensive car wash/detail job youtube video) and an Enzo.
