i am sticking a distributor into the car, it is a new distributor for 96-98 chev 1500 pickups with the vortec engine, v6 or v8 doesn't matter.
anyone drive a truck with this engine combo.

there are 2 ways to solve this, if i can get the colours of the wires coming out of the harness on the distributor or

if someone has schematics. either way i need that info to wire up the XFI.

or unplug the connector and the connector has identifying letters on it, A, B C the corresponding wire colours will tell me which is ground, signal and 12v sw. normally it is grd/signal/+12v.
