bolt size?

bolt size?

does anybody know the bolt size of the 4 bolts on the trans cross brace? going to be changing the tranny mount tomorrow and wanna have all the tools ready.

Might I suggest you just take the whole set of sockets under the car with you

It's been a while since I changed my tranny mount but I'm pretty sure(?) the bolts for the cross brace require a 15mm socket? Good luck!

yup! got 2 of the 4 bolts off now, waiting for my buddy to stop by with his other jack so i can have one under the tranny when i take the other 1 out.

Can't you just remove the bolts for the trans mount, not the trans xmember, and jack up the trans like 1" to pull the old one out? I think that's how I did it. I don't remember removing the xmember.

i took 2 of the bolts off then moved the xmember over then took the trans mount off and changed. VERY easy! Thanks for the help guys!
