Autorama and car haulers
jeff, havent you done the autorama show before? thought that was where i saw you last. I might be putting dads TA in there, I'll have to meet up with you if we both end up showing this year.
yes. i have my own truck and trailer... but i have a handful of people begging me to haul their cars and frankly the cost to own the truck and trailer is expensive to the point i'd like to know what people get to do such things. it's alot of work to get my own car down there let alone take someone elses' pick it up and bring it home.
just curious if anyone knows what price range people are looking at. considering it costs $3.40+ cents a gallon for diesel now which is outrageous enough as it is but the 10k it cost for my trailer on top of that and sometimes i'd rather let the trailer sit then spend the 10 hours roundtrip it takes to move the cars.

well i called around. cheapest is $189 each way for enclosed trailer service, rental was $230 for the weekend but you'll still need a truck... hmm.
if anyone has a nice car they need transported on the eastside down there i'll do it for $200 both ways and a weekend pass.

I can't wait for Autorama. So much better than Autoshow. I'll have to make sure and find your car. Its one of my favorite 4th gens.
