For anyone who still plays gamecube

If anyone is interested in modding a gamecube, Ive done a bunch, only one company out there selling this chip which I can get a sweet deal on. I personally have a modded gc and its awesome, took them all this time to finally get one out. I also have already modded gamecubes ready to go if you are interested. Keep in mind that if you tried to do this yourself it would be at around $100 for a gamecube, if you dont already have one and hopefully you get the right one because some versions arent supported and then for you to buy one chip with shipping on your own not installed would be near $100. There is also more that goes into it then just installing the chip which has to be soldered in not to mention you have to know what you are looking at because the company does not provide you with any instructions on how to take apart the gc or solder the chip in. You also have to load the bios onto the chip which you need a special cable for. I can get you the chip and install it in you gamecube for $100 or if you want one pre modded Its $200. These things are a lot of fun I pulled mine out of the closet when this chip became available and now I play it more then my ps2. For the cost of a couple games, you can have it modded up.

modding the game cube does what exactly? since it doesn't take full size discs, nor will it fit a hard drive, what do you gain from a mod chip?

I would like to know the same thing. I like my game cube, but if I can get more out of it I'm all ears

The mod chip allows you to play burned games, the disks you use are the same disks that are used in the mini dvd camcorders, or you can leave the top of the gamecube and use the full size dvd-r's.

Burning games is pretty easy, hardest part is finding where to get them from. I have the site that I get them from, which is the easiest to download from.
