Anyone know how to install front QA1's coil overs

Just bought some drag racing QA1 front coil over struts with 275lb springs. I was wondering if anyone knew how to install these. I will pay for the labor. The job would have to be done at my house since the car is not running. If anyone would like to make some extra money this weekend please let me know asap - Have all the tools also - MIKE. hey mike, I been talkin to my buddy john (JP200LS1)about swapping front struts, and just keep in mind that your prolly gonna need upper mounts too. as the orig.s likely wont come apart. there's a special rubber coated/shaped washer up there too under the nut that you may or may not need too. umm, another thing, those QA1's didnt come with torrington bearings for under the coils did they? if not you might want to invest in some. not sure exactly where to get them, but it allows you to adj. the ride height ALOT easier then w/o them in there. you can do it w/o ofcourse, it just makes it alot easier to turn the bottom nut. also I got a pair of nice spanner wrench's you can borrow to make the adj. with. after you get them on there, you'll spend some time tweaking up and down until you got them where you want them. dont forget you also gotta set it up initially about 1.5" higher then you want it, cause the springs will settle over the next day or two. plus lowering the height is easier then raising the height once there assembled and on the car. I can send you a pic of my dads to give you an idea where to set them up to initially. just for reference.
