My best friend is looking for a car to build up does anyone know this car?

 

It's not too far from me, I've seen the car on the road before. Never really paid alot of attetion to it, but I don't think it's in very bad shape. If I knew what road it was on I'd go check it out, Belleville is up the street from me. If it's a 5 speed car then it's not originally a 350 engine car, the only V8 you could get with a 5 speed for a third gen is a 305, wouldn't bother me though if it really is a 350 car.
