Anyone here have an original Nintendo they dont want?
i have one brand new in the box as well as one that i use ever so often...also have a vast amount of games and just about any accessory you could need. however your best option would be to go to hollywood video and their videogame store as they are currently carrying every make, model and their respective games since the last version of atari.
last time i was in there they had plenty of original nintendo and sega master system games as well as neo-geo, genesis, turbographix, tge, game gear, etc you get the idea.
i believe they were selling for 45 for the system...

There's also Game Zone at Blockbuster, although I haven't been there so I don't know if it's any good.
This is a weird coincidence, Dave. You're the second person this week who is looking for an old NES.

anyone remember the nintendo world championships in 1989 at cobo hall? use to be able to make alot of money doing that stuff. i have roughly 150 titles all with boxes and instructions. some never opened. i've seen a few original nes systems used go for 3-400 and twice that new.
go to any major hollywood video that has a separate game store and they should have one.

I still have my original NEs that I got for Christmas in 1986. I have every game I ever got still, and they all work. Both controllers and the gun work perfect too. Even found the Game Genie and it still works too!
No Dave, you can't have any of it, I still play it

You're that kid from Wizard reading the magazine in the coffee shop that ratted out where they were!
My cousin just got NES, Sega, and Dreamcast off Ebay for like $40 with controllers and games...look around.
lol denny......yeah i've sort of been keeping it a secret. i made alot of money in that era playing video game competitions. blockbuster champion when they had their tournament. toys r' us when they had the starfox tournaments. cobo hall's nintendo world championship with supermario, rad racer and tetris........the list goes on. the little hobby paid very nicely. i have a few high scores in nintendo power back in the day as well as a few other mags. still hold the record for streetfighter II turbo as well.
still have the lifetime of free game rentals from blockbuster. anytime you want to come by and test the power glove.....bring it!

lol....nice steve.
i've seen a few on ebay go for over 500. the actual arcade games with cabinets are insane prices...

No, but I remember seeing them at flea markets like 10-15 years ago for like $10
old video games aren't worth that much yet, because they're just so many of them out there.
