just wondering if anyone is planning on going to race or just watch?

 

yep ill be going, racing my SS if my Z28 isnt done. either way im racing.

I'll be heading down as a spectator, if anybody needs a hand let me know.

I havent figured out how I'm getting there yet (plane, trane or automobile) if either of you need a co-pilot, I can help with gas or whatever.

 

i think i found a motor, so hopefully it comes through! id run my SS but it would never pass tech because it has no cage

 

we went there for Pinks. Thats a long stinkin drive. It was very hot too when we were there. 100 degrees at 11pm.

Pinks was in the heat of August, I think. April should be OK. Isnt Pinks due to be on TV this month?

april shouldn't be bad. I don't think its normally ever that hot there though. I know I don't want to goto some place that hot again.

 

I'd love to go, just wish they didnt have the stupid wipers requirement for the 6 speed heads up...makes me want to take another hood and throw the wipers on just for the race...lol

 

isn't there any way to mount the wipers now? is it cause of the hood you are running?

either way i look forward to it.

 

yes i can re-install the wiper motor and everything, but i put a new hood on my car and it goes all the way to the windshield

oh well, ill mostlikely go anyways just to have some fun
