I have a buddy who wants to pick up a 78-81 Camaro like he had in high school.He does not have alot of disposable income at the time and he understands that you get what you pay for.It will be a long project for the money he wants to spend.If you have anything let me know but I told him not to expect much.Thanks.

a few are on craigslist... that's a tough body style because parts are so expensive unless he is a body man by trade that alone will kill him. the few thousand you save for one taken care of is really worth it but it happens. hope he finds one.

I don't disagree with anything you said.He is not really in a situation to buy one at this time with the funds he has.His mentality is that even if he buys one now that is rough,he just wants it done when his kid is 16.He has 11 years to finish it.I have been going nuts on my 67 and got it on the road recently.He went to a cruise night with me last Thursday and now he has to have a car RIGHT NOW!!It's just one of those things.
