Assuming it doesn't rain, I'll be there this afternoon with my boyfriend. It'll be my first time there with my Camaro but it's running like crap lately replaced the plugs and wires but still giving me probs. Oh well.... maybe she'll surprise me. Anyone else gonna be there?

Unhappy Well...

... if it wasn't for that darned "boyfriend" thing...

And Dave... if it wasn't for street tired cars tearing up the track surface, Milan would hook just FINE!

My suggestion is one lane for slick and soft DOT's and the other for street tires. Some tracks do this and they keep the slick lane prepped. They could even charge an extra $5.00 to run the prepped lane, to cover the cost of the glue! SIMPLE, ain't it?

Dave... as I approach deep middle age I find this is something I cannot resist. It's the DIRTY OLD MAN syndrom, and I find myself in it, mired! Dave sometimes, as YOU well know, I hit on the good looking roosters on the board, too.

hey as you get older the standards get lowered. I can't imagine what it would take to turn off an old gray beard of Hink's age...

The list is shorter than you think man. We used to have contests to see who could moon the most people at once. It progressed from your simple drive-bys to standing atop a billboard on I-94 showing our asses, to the top of the ferris wheel in front of several thousand people at the hot air balloon festival here in BC!

BTW Melissa... running like crap in a 94 with plugs and wires changed = Opticrap! You should get a 95+ Vented optispark.

3rd genners rule not only for our distributors but also our never ending knowledge about cars

NOT neccesarily... don't forget you still have:

1) Ignition Module
2) Ignition Coil
3) Ignition coil wire

An ignition coil once stopped working everyonce in a while on me in the Redbird. Changed out Accel coil to MSD coil and no more problems.
Never look for the WORST until all the EASY stuff is checked FIRST!

Sooo... ther goes your last sentence theory!!

gah..... 15.3 seconds

it was that gay *** civic with the erector set wing that was distracting my car, I swear!

When I get up into the high rpm's it just whines and doesn't want to shift.... if I let off a tad for it to shift then floor it again I do better than just mashing the pedal down. I don't know if it isn't getting the rpm's up high enough or what. I think I did hit my rev limiter a couple times too, made kind of a sputtery sound til it shifted what's up with my car guys???
