Anyone in the construction field or that has ANY experience?

Well, it has come down to the fact that we are too far along to get a construction loan, and not far enough along to get a refinance. We are guaranteed the end loan already, but we have to be at a certain stage before we can get it. So what do I do?

The only thing I can do is ask for a little charitable help. Would anyone be interested in coming over on a weekend and giving a hand hanging and finishing drywall, hanging vinyl siding, etc?

Obviously I know how to do all the stuff, but I can't do it alone. I have ZERO cash to spend, but could probably cover pizza and beverages.

I'd just like to hit this thing in a blitz to get it to where I can get the loan closed and then pay someone to do the rest of it.

Anyone with plumbing or HVAC experience, I can pay you for your work if you are willing to give me 30 days for the loan to close after the work is done.

Pretty much anyone that can swing a hammer and/or read a tape measure or even provide a hand to help hold, lift, or carry something would be appreciated.

I'd be more than willing to come do work for anyone that helped me in exchange.

Let me know when you need help. My stepdad has remodeled most of our house with my help. I cant do these jobs myself, but with a little bit of direction I can help out.

I can't this weekend or next, but after that i will help. I'm working on the basement and this weekend is the kids birthday. I could help you with some $$ if you still want to sell that go-kart. I would have to look at it, cus i just got him a Dirt Bike for his birthday.

I am pretty handy and can do all the stuff, but I'm not real good at finishing drywall. I have done plumbing, electrical, and a little duct work. This saturday and next saturday I am busy, but any other time I would be more than willing to help.

Wow, thanks for all the support so far! Anything will help I am sure...even if it means just handling a rake and scoop shovel, or loading scrap on to the trailers, or whatever.

I am going to see about setting it up for a weekend most likely for the big push, just to make it easier for people to come this way, but anyone who has time off during the week is more than welcome to come by as well since I am not working yet.
