4th gen headlights

Anyone ever replace the headlights on a 98+ camaro? Or know if the lenses can be separated from the housing? My car sat outside for the better part of 7 years and the lenses look like they're fogged up, but it's on the outside. I did try all kinds of plastic cleaners and whatnot and none of them worked very well. Any ideas?

They can be separated, just remove the clips that are around the edges, and then put the headlight assemblies in the oven at $150 for awhile so it softens up the sealant/glue, and use a butter knife to pry the pieces apart.

Yeah, I tried lots of different things, including polish. I still have about 15 foot visibility at night.

When i did it, i didn't reapply any glue, i just reheated the lense, and put the halves back together. Then reapply the clips. I suppose you could use some black silcone if needed to seal the housings from moisture.
