I have one other offer but your offer came in first, I don't want to hold onto these tickets for a long period of time so if you want them soon I'll consider them sold to you. If you want to meet me some place near Lansing to pick up the tickets that will be fine.

I'm located in DeWitt, DeWitt is about ten miles north of Lansing.
