04/05 Winter project almost done!! W2W 402

I had W2W put together a 402 lower end for me.
Some specs:
6.0 iron block
Callies racemaster crank 4"
steel billet main caps, doweled to block
ARP everything
Howard rods
hyd. cam (specs being kept under the hat )
AFR 225 heads, (upgraded springs)
ATI 10% underdrive pulley
Fast 90/ 90 TB

Expectations based on the flow of the heads, and the cam specs, I expect low dyno # (because of TH400, and heavy duty drivetrain) and fast track times.

Joe took some pics, post em up. It's taking forever to complete because of work, and I have a 2 year old to take care of on days off. So, it will be ready when it's ready, and not a moment before.

More updates to come.

I could have saved you some money on the FAST intake. 90mm FAST throttle bodies have problems-hopefully you are using a Nick Williams tb.

I didn't know that you had a FAST intake FS. Yes, I'm using a Nick Williams tb. I also added an ATI pulley, after I discoved that the ASP pulley would not fit on the Callies crank, because it is keyed.

Just taking care of the small stuff, and if all goes well, it'll be ready to fire up this weekend. I'll take some updated pics.

Yes, it is also a nitrous motor, built to handle as much as the last one, and then some.

I also discovered that the NOS Nozzle system will not fit on the FAST intake, so I'm going with another setup on that. One thing after another.

Good stuff! Hopefully we'll see it on the street as well as the track.
