What should my shift points be?

Question What should my shift points be?

I puting on alot of parts on my car any need a base line for shift points. I put in a 2200 stall converter,3.73 gears, 224/230 112 lope .537/.544 cam, 1.6 rr's. Just trying to setup some shift point. I also run on 26" 10.5"wide et streets on a set of draglites.

I think you said that was an XE cam.. Id start around 6000 and go up in 100 rpm increments till you find the right spot.
