yeah i do have the stock manifolds. havent gotten around to getting headers or exhaust yet

 

If you are going to buy the hedders I would wait untill then to put in the new plugs. It will be much easier.

J&J what do you charge for reprogramming

 

Depends on what you want changed and how in depth you wanna get. For serious tuning I have a wide band O2 sensor, but if you are just looking for gear change and shift point change that isn't gonna cost you a lot

 

i live in west seneca but frequently stay and go to amherst since my father lives there and i grew up there.

i have some knowledge about our cars, but it is just knowledge. not experience. i am more than willing to help out and learn though. just give me a pm or something.

i dont know of any but i would go out if i knew of any.

 

FLFB (finger lakes f-bodies) is kicking. We are western NY based. Lots of Rochester, Buffalo, and Bath/Corning guys.

We havent done anything in the past 2 months due to one of our guys having a severly broken leg, broken ribs. We will have things back on schedule next month.

We drag race, road race, cruise, and just hang out. Our club is all about just being good friends having the common interest of modifying and racing f-bodies. We are 95% 4th gen cars (LT1/LS1).

Plenty of WNY area F body guys. Show up at Mighty Taco on Sheridan/Nia.Falls Blvd one friday or saturday night and you will see what I mean
