Uh oh!! Quick NJ Emissions Question

Ok, my car's due for inspection in July, and at the end of may the mods listen at the bottom of my sig should be getting installed.

Here's the problem: Will the XE 224/230 112 pass emissions. The car is getting a full dyno tune, so there should be no tuning problems, but I'm starting to hear a little too much about the probability of failing. anyone with intelligent words on this?

If you're worried about it, don't put the mods on until June. You can go through inspection a month early so go through the first week of June, then do the mods and you won't have to worry for 2 years. You're so close with doing the mods the end of May, it might be worth putting it off for a week or 2.

Problem is, the guy doing the install may not be available after the beginning of June depending on his work situation. That's why the rush is coming all of a sudden. I have a guy that "May" hook me up, yet to be seen. If not, I'll figure something out I guess.
