We got like 100 people going to Hooters and 10 to the picnic. Next time I say we don't call it a picnic, but instead
"Hooters in the park"

Cool

Great idea, John!
When we're at Hooter's on Thursday, maybe will ask them to show up at the picnic.

Anyone post this on other boards?

I'm gonna be at the shore that weekend, don't think I'll make this one. The little guy has been keeping us pretty busy lately too, he's been a real handfull, I havn't been getting out too much lately He makes up for being stuck at home though I'll probably catch you guys at the F-body event at MapleGrove 9/28, maybe I'll bring him along too

I sent a message out to the CJCFO crew via the mailing list, and I'll post on the MAFBA board tonight.

Well, I guess I had the worst week of the summer down at the beach and this weekend is a washout. But I should still be able to make it next Saturday unless my truck decides to get back at me. I've been having trouble with it starting just before going on vacation and I got caught at the gas station today. The turbo is leaking a lot more oil too so I think I'm on borrowed time before I do the serious work on it.

OK, here's the update:

Coming from rt95 to rt 332 towards Newtown, you take 332 for about 10 miles until you come to the park. You turn left into the park, you will come to an intersection, turn right and go 1 mile to the place called The Maze, it will be on your left.

Well, I had to pull the starter and clean up all the wires and battery terminals today but at least the truck starts again. So it looks good for Saturday, but it doesn't look like a big crowd yet.

John,
I think it's no more than 2 miles on 332, seems a lot longer. I think it's only 9 traffic lights.

Crap.

I have to back out . I just printed out my modules for my 2 classes that start next week and there is more work to be done before they even start than there is for the entire 5 week session . It's an accelerated program so the majority of the work is done outside of class...I just didn't realize until a few minutes ago how much work there actually will be .

So, unfortunately, I will be spending the weekend prepping myself for class next week .

Sorry to bail on you guys.
