T/A sighting near mall

I was crusing around this afternoon by the Moorestown mall and saw an LT1 Trans Am, appeared to be a grayish color, ram air. Also looked to have chrome '02 Trans Am wheels. Thought I'd post it here since there are a good amount of local guys around here. Was this anyone??

Yep, Thats the one She was crossing out of the shopping center, and heading towards 295 South...

Thats kinda funny that she works at PetSmart...I may be getting a job there soon. A friend of mine that I used to work with (at a different pet store) might be putting in a few good words for me Definitely a sweet car though, nice color, and sweeeeet rims

Actually, I believe I may have talked to you at Atco last year too. You were telling me about your bird, and also you had a newer one that had to be lemon lawed. I remember it pretty well, I had just gotten the car, mis-shifted and pulled off a whopping 15.1 You came over asking me if it was a 6 cylinder, or if it was just the drivers fault Was that you as well ??

I think that may have been me!!! I had a white 99 T/A that I lemon lawed for the tranny. Have you since bettered that time???

I just happened on a deal on the Purple Pearl T/A from a guy from another board. He posted about selling it, and I called him and made the deal same day because of the price. That purple one you saw is a proven mid 12 second car. I haven't run it yet, and just finished the head/cam on my black one, which needs to be run too. Late October I should be back at the track for some TNT.

Just looked through your website some more, and I have to admit that I really like that color Also has an impressive list of mods, and was really a steal at that price!

Good luck getting the black one tuned properly, but I'm sure you'll be more than happy with the results

Hey, thanks for the comments. You'll have to keep me posted on if you start working at that Petsmart. Maybe will run into each other at the track sometime.

Thanks!! My girlfriend really likes it. I'm pretty happy with it, but the black one is my baby. Gimme about 8 months and it's gonna put the purple pearl (gray) one to shame.

Yeah the wicked1 is pretty sweet... I'd take her back in a second if I could, I guess I'll just have to make due with my new ride

Now why you gotta come in here "bragging" about your new ride. You know you love your new car. Especially when you put that cam in!!!! Stupid LS1's and all their extra power.

I was serious if I was bragging I would have added this to the end of the post!

So do you think the 230/228 on 112LS will be big enough??

You suck!

I'm no LS1 afficionado, but I would think that cam will make PLENTY of power for ya. You may want to look at heads though. Joe just had a car dyno at 465 I believe, with a BIG cam though. Not emissions legal either, but he's putting down some crazy numbers. Aren't LS1 heads getting cheaper too????

Edit: What headers are you going with?

I think I've decided to stay stock on the rear of the black car, and go with new paint and cosmetic repairs next spring instead of the 12 bolt. I'm probably going to try to start stocking money for a LS1 WS6 so that once we pay off your old car, I can jump right on a new one.
