well i had to get sumtin cuz my old tires from when i bought the car from previous owner where shot and my gramps said they where fine for the price --- i just wanted to know if i could run with those if i could go --- i never been to a strip in my own car before so i dunno rules or anything

 

Yep street radials or drag radial only. Over 500 cars mostly ricers. Not too many imports in the faster classes. By second round I was running against USA cars and trucks.

 

Well i wasn't aware it was such a ricer event. My main concern is i wanna get runs in and if there are gonna be 500+ cars then i may not see many runs.

I wanna see what my car can pull off (hopefully around a 12.4). Whats atco got going on that day? Just test and tune?

I need new Tires, my car started going sideways when i hit 3rd there.

Long tubes go on next Saturday along with the new tires. I'll race ya again when u get that cam in ur car!

 

HA! I knew there was no way I had a chance. Your car is sick, I didnt know if it was you at first because I couldnt remember if you had gauges. My longtubes are going in monday, cant wait.

 

The Z28 won't be ready by then but I'll be in the stands taping that day.

 

Brandon if possible can you give me a ride to the track? I really dont want to run if theres going to be tons of cars, Ill just bring my 2 cameras and take pics. If anyone else wants to give me a ride thatd be fantastic You dont really know me so I can understand if you dont

Nice, Im trying to get my friend to bring his sisters boyfriend. He has a cobra, even though this is a camaro forum. I need to see this car, its supposedly a factory freak, he had like 10k worth of stuff put into it when he got his supercharger. He doesnt even have headers or exhaust, I gotta see this thing. Brandon, Yearick says your great with cars, if you ever get some free time could you give me a hand installing my suspension stuff when I get it?

its seems evryone is going to Atco
and if you are talking about the burgundy convert cobra that is around 500 horse now. He ran it at Atco brand new and it does have headers and all of the other goodies. His cousin has a 500 + horse zo6.
