Projectz28 screwed up the 97TA...

Ever since I let my Mod-Father
put that dang GM847 cam in the 97TA, the damn car has been burning white smoke out the azz end!!! The steering is all loose when first moving from a stop sign or red light and merging onto highways and the interstate is a nightmare as the friggin car nearly rear ends everything in front of it within a 1/4 mile. Plus there's all these rubbery pellet like things growing in the rear wheels and back end area. I don't know where they are coming from, but it wasn't this bad before the cam change.

Someone says that the TC should be replaced. Great! I spend all that money for a cam and ensuing cam party and now I got to fix my Torque Converter with a Yank ST3500, PT4000 something, or a Vigilante 3200 / 3400 something.

There goes Xmas!!!

Might want to get better rear tires. I heard Mickey Thompsons were a really good brand.

oh, I um seemed to have left a very small detail when I wrote my complaint against my mod-Father.... almost all the time I am driving the car anymore, I am LMAO. Bahahahahha...

Photo of LMAO

Now Mod-father told me to "yank" it. I'm like, the only thing I yank is my little pee-buddy.... I ain't yanking my car!!! Whadda ya think, I'm sick? I'll caress the car's fenders with zaino, but I'm drawing the line on yanking it.

next thing you know you are having a custom 8pt bar welded in and a new 355 nitrous motor being built in the garage... hmmm, why does that sound so familiar?

Because the evilness has spread from your "project" car into mine through those parts that I got from you. (cue the "muhahahahhaha" laughter...)

I will know when I am definitely in trouble when the trailer shows up on the side of the house.

Look at the bright side, I got influenced by George B. So not only do I have same problem as you with the smoke and such. I also have a collection of broken drive train parts! Ring gears, posis, U-joints, drive shafts. etc.

I went to the Holloween parade Saturday and all kinds of people came up and drooled all over the car and remarked about how bada$$ the supercharger sounds. Well, until the clutch overheated is all the traffic. The street twin DOES NOT like being slipped and stop and go traffic!

bahahahaa...
speaking of "influence". Did you know (ask Bow94z and '99 SS) that the 97TA now has the same "noise" problem of over reving when going under an overpass? That's definitely a Projectz28 trademark.

You know thats is funny you mention that. After I get this car running and all is well I had thought of selling my trailer and getting something a little newer. Possibly as early as next year
