It is $35 or $40 to race, however, you have to be one of the first 400 (401-500 for alternates) to email the address listed on Raceway Park's website and pass the phone interview to attend. Once you are there on June 25 and 26, you must fall into the ET range they decide on and you must be picked by them to be one of the "sweet 16."

There are instructions on what to do but if you haven't done it yet, you may be late...

If I pass the phone interview, yes, you'll be voting for a female driven 63 Nova. Should be a good time again - racing, hanging with friends and a shot at $10,000!

They had 1600 emails by 12:30am. Registration opened up at 12:01am and my email went through at 12:01:01am!

Here's the registration breakdown that was posted by E-town management on gdr:

4.If you want a little breakdown............here it is.

12:01 time stamp 515 racers (You will be getting a call soon,be patient Pinks is not the only thing I do.)
12:02 time stamp 170 racers
12:03 time stamp 109 racers
12:04 time stamp 53 racers/847 total

too early 11:50-12:00 343 racers

If you have a 12:01 time stamp you will get a call about NHRA rules, mufflers, etc. I'm sorry we have noise restrictions,But we do.I live with it everday we are open. That is the reason behind this process.

After the phone process is done.Everyone will get a "thanks for playing" e-mail if you DNQ'd in the process.

5. Thanks everyone for attempting to get in to Pinks All Out. I tried my best to make it fair to get in.I'm sorry for all the people who don't have a computer. This is 2008,what can I say.

All I can say is I tried to make it fair.

W.P. from E-town
