Hooray! Yep, a heads, cam, intake, and exhaust car can pass with home-brew chip tuning I was shocked when they said I passed, I thought they were kidding but I did!

TRUE!!! nice job man chuck! im screwed next year i think. my buddy from work lives in erie county and they dont need e-checks there so he said i can register my cars through his addy and i wont have to get them. dont know if it will work though but he said his brother and his other buddy do it through his and they havent had any problems with it for the last couple years. so we'll see, also he said i could apply for collector plates, though i dont see how, but he said i could do that too. so we'll see!! hehe anyways congrats on passing buddy!

 

Man Ill try to get you the website. You need to be able to prove $5k in recepits and take a bunch of pictures of your car, send them in and they pick if you can or not. My friend got it on her 95 GT (tunnel ram 347 haha), and that's not exactly a collectors item Ill look tomorrow fo ya.
