Norwalk Raceway April 12th

HEY! Anyone planning on coming to Norwalk on the 12th or 20th for Test n Tune?? Im goin to be there and hopefully hit 12's...

Ryan: you need to come, especially with those slicks because
1) You will drop .5-.7 at norwalk with slicks and
2) If i cant get in the 12's im puttin em on my car

Haha. I think I might head out there. I am going to be in Westlake til 4 anyway.

If I grip well there they will be great races every time. You can bolt them on too if you need. I don't care. I jsut want a 13.3

Is Brandon going to go?

EDIT: Is that Friday or Saturday? I can't make Saturday cus I have to work. Im down for Friday though.

If only Norwalk was closer

Well if the weather is good I'll be out at D42 this Friday looking for an 11 second timeslip. Who knows with this Ohio weather.

EDIT - Syndr0me - Are you the dude who was with the white supercharged GT at BigShot Dyno last Wednesday evening?
The owner of the car was named Brandon.

Waswa, read his sig. That is his buddy though.

I wish Norwalk would get their damn site fixed so I can have some updates on stuff. You think they would have done this during the winter. Idiots.

Duh! I know that I was wondering if he was one of the guys with the Mustang. He said he had an LS1 SS Camaro running low 13s, like in the sig.

All that matters is that Norwalk isnt shady on the vht

At any rate, I wish to hell I could join you guys but school is keeping me captive.

BS. You're just backing out. The one time we are actually going to spend a huge amount of timing driving out there. We see how it is Chuck.

Chuck actually likes Dragway 42 so much that he won't race anywhere else. He just won't admit it

Well, Sunday may be a bad day after all for me to go to norwalk. Brandon has to work all day saturday, so we arent goin saturday either. We are thinkin Friday night at 42 IF its open... Brandon works till 6 and we will both be out there shortly after that, as they race 6-11 Friday. Hopefully it will be a little nicer and I can get into the lower end of 13's or high end 12's, but that probably wont happen until I go to norwalk =( I know my car has 12's in it tho because im hitting 110 mph every few runs...

Ryan that one time i hit the 13.49 last weekend @ 110... that was with a 2.7 60' time, where my normal is 2.1's... so imagine if i were to take about 6 tenths off IF i could hook up... I bet id be 12's =) I might bring my dads Camaro and do some Gambler races soon (hes got a 2000 SS A4 Convertable, 14.0's all day long like its the car's job ) I added you online but you arent ever on so I will jsut check back here and see wahts goin on...

Waz: Is 42 too far of a drive for you?? Its in West Salem, which is probably like an hour or so from you so it isnt that bad I suppose... Where is Thompson?? I want to check it out if its a 1/4 Mile track... I know there are a few 1/8 mile tracks aroudn here, but that just isnt worth the waste of gas to race 1/8 mile, unless of course you're an import car

Is Norwalk even open on Friday nights yet?

I think I might just wait until the COFBA event and go that day. I definitely want to see what kind of times I can pull if I get traction too. 42 better start prepping that track well.

Well if the weather tomorrow is anything like it is today then I'm going to D42 tomorrow. With the cool air we have right now I won't be surprised if I trap close to 120mph.
