NJ Emissions question

Hey guys I saw a set of headers I want on Summitracing.com I'm not sure if they're legal in NJ....Could someone do me a HUGE favor and go to the site and check this product number: HOK-2062

It says they have a CARB number so that makes them 50-state legel.

Thanks, I thought they probably were sine they weren't LT's, but wanted to be sure
