I would go but today i was checking my oil and found out the dipstick snapped in there. I am going to take offthe dipstick tube and hope i can get it out that way. When I get to it though is another question. lol
Ok. You have perfect weather out there tonight. I wish I could be out there. I better here of some new times being broken.
Gary, I got some answers in the Tech section but how safe do you think it is to drive my car if the dipstick broke off in the tube?

well i didnt get to go out there tonight, i got stuck working on my moms car then my dads car after work, as far as the dipstick goes, i personally wouldnt even worry about it, i read the post and the guys are right, theres no way the pickup on the oilpan would get plugged by it, what i would do is drain the oil and try fishing a magnet around the drain plug hole, if you find it, cool, if not its settled at the bottom of the pan, chances of it floating around are slim, thats what i would do if i were in your shoes

I didn't make it either...my uncle was admitted to the hospital, so I went to visit him. Turned out to be just a migraine, but he never had one before and thought he was dying! But I talked to my South Euclid buddies, the are definately planning to go next wed....can we get something set here, since we have more advanced notice?
I was thinking maybe a cruise out to Quaker Steak and Lube would be in order sometime as well (mmmmmm......wings....*drool*)....what do you guys think?

Damn, it was a good night last night too. I am down for some QS&L. Next wednesday I think will work too. Hopefully it is as nice of weather as yday.
I will change the oil and try to find the dipstick but even if I don't I will still head out there. Thanks Gary.
Jeff, I have still been trying to get ahold of NXS but no luck. No one answers the phones. I want to get those sfcs and stuff on ASAP.

Gary, that would be great if you could ask him. Also, I have an underdrive pulley, LCAs, and the weld-in relocation brackets that I need installed. The LCA stuff can be done with the SFCs but I can do the pulley another time. If you want to do that, let me know.
My schedule is very flexible but i will be out of town from the 20-24 so I could even just drop it off. Thanks.
