I was going to get my cutout installed at minike (only place near me that welds) and they said it was illigal to bypass the cat with the cut out. I told them that its cable operated so i can keep it closed so it wont bypass the cat unless im on the track where it is legal. They said that they couldnt install it. I think ill just go to the place in palm that you guys refered me too. But i looked up directions and there an hour away. Does anyone here know how to weld. I will pay you if you will install it for me.

 

Hey Phoenix preformance has two locations the other one is in Phoenixville Pa. I am not sure if that is closer to you.

 

Most places will say that exact same thing, "that they cant and its illegal". Just have to get to know some of them, and they arent that bad.

Also, the installer of my cutout said he would do it since it wasnt in front of the cat, but after (right before rear axle).
