PSU 98, is there going to be a seperate class for the F-bodies or do we just sign up for the regular classes (Trophy, Street, or Heavy)? From the $20 entry fee it sounds like the Trohpy class. I just replied to Ron's post and realized that technically I'm not suppost to run in Trophy anymore. I don't know how strict they enforce that rule. On another note it might be a good day to run street or heavy. The top 6 street cars and the top 17 heavy cars will be at Cecil that day.

Kazman,
According to the schedule, September 28th is a Test-n-Tune day.

Awesome, let me know when so I can update my "schedule

At SLP day I was still running 14.2's so I "qualify" on being slow enough. I'm thinking of attempting the throttle body bypass mod next....

The Grove is like an little over an hour and a half, so any events there I can easily attend.

The Trophy class at Maple Grove is a great way to get your feet wet in bracket racing if you have never done it before.

Yep, September 28 is a regular test-n-tune day. We (F-Bodies) will not be there exclusively, but Maple Grove has suggested that we could have our own lanes. Plus, if this event goes over well, there is the possibility that next year this could become a stand-alone all F-Body event
Anthony, if you run once you'll be hooked. I can't wait to get back to the track. However, if anyone just wants to show, Maple Grove has enough parking for everyone to just hang out. I believe the spectator fee is slightly less also.

I may have to hitch a ride out with someone since my only f-body is in a million pieces right now.

Sounds like it will be a great start to get our own "race day" at the Grove.

I will try to be there.

It would be AWESOME to get something closer to home going on around here! Count me in! I had a blast in Englishtown Old Raceway, (SLP customer appreciation day) it would be awsome to be in a less formal situation.

My friend Corey sports a hella nice trans am, so you can probably count on him being there as well.

My car should be painted by then, ill have my new exhaust, slp cold air in, and some other goodies as well! Can't wait. Let me know if you want me to develop a website advertising the event so we can get more people there!
