Line-Locks working...

Line-Lock package from ThunderRacing for Xmas: $225
Three sets of new open ends for brake lines, then using vise-grips to remove the stock line: $75
Coming back up the street and giggling like kids when seeing the "burnout" with your good friend "Pampered-z": Priceless

Pampered-z... Thanks much, man!!!
The neighbors... some are laughing... some are pissed. Bahahahhahahha

No problem bud!

Hey, I saw the soccer mom in the mini-van do that, must have been late for the big game! Blame her!

I liked when the guy down the street stopped by and said he was in the back yard, saw all the smoke and thought it was a fire, then he got a smell and knew it was you!

And for future reference to those needing Line locks installed. It's a 2 Pitcher and chicken lips job!

Drove the 97TA in to work today to charged up the battery from being totaly dead. I did WOT, WOOT, Wohooo and waaahhhoooo from various stop signs and what not. You were correct that it would take the computer a bit to "relearn itself" and the idle is fine now. Well, fine as an idle on a GM847 cam can be. Brakes worked fine, only when the pedal was pushed.

I didn't bother to test the line-locks this morning as I am still having a smoking problem from a stop sign start, even though I left the DRs on.

I sem to be having the same problem with my brakes, let me know if you figure out what the problem is so I can fix mine too As far as thatsmoking problem when you pull out from stop signs,it's probably your tires & it will go away by itself as soon as your tires are gone

Yeah... that's why I used the "not much left" DRs in case the smoke changed to sparks... I have a brand new set of DRs waiting to be mounted.

Yeah Bri, John and I were giggling all around the block. Some things, no matter how stupid, are still just friggin funny. Of course, you still are THE reigning champion of that Tyler Park "smoke-out". bahahahahahahha.

let me see if I can still read in the ancient language of tire. It looks to me like you did a nice pretty white smokey and then drove around the block. Then came back and did another shorter smokey but didnt ride it out too far... Stopped and them backed up into the driveway again. Right?

BTW, screw the neighbors... if they dont like it tell em to move

You are most amazing in your talents, oh great Mod-father!!!
That is eaxactly what I did!!!

There are two other "small" ones around the block as John schooled me on how to set and use the line-lock system. So by the time I got back to my house, I realized that I didn't have to do a "half peddle...5k rpm" throttle in order to get the rear tires to spin. But becuase of the first heavy smoke and cam roaring burnout, the neighbor's boy came out and he always enjoy a good ole american muscle burnout. So, nice guy that I am, I did the second one.... and stupidly backed up into the driveway with the tires stickier than all hell, and filled the car's interior with the tire smoke when I backed up into it. Bahahahahahhaha...

Oh Yeah !!! Nothin' like the smell of burned rubber from a good smokey burn-out gettin' in the car They really should make an air freshener & an after shave in that scent, don't you think ?? I know the girls would love it as much as we do,right ???? You inspired me to sign the street out in front of my house with a couple good ones after work the other day, before the wife got home,of course ! Thanks ! It was a blast !
