Looking to see the interest in a gathering for F-bodies later in September.
September 17th is not a good date as that is the car show in Lansdale, I believe. Not sure of other conflicting interest yet. Please inform me accordingly.

Place: New Britain Township Building Fields. I'll see about, and pay for, the permit to secure an area for us.

Backup option would be Peace Valley Park, New Britain.

Let's discuss the interest and some dates here so I can get this started...

 

Yah, let's talk. I was thinking about doing an F-body gathering at Numidia Dragway 9/10. We could play at the track during the day then head over to Knobel's (or) I thnk the Dream Cars club is having a cruise~in that night somewhere local.

Hmmm... that's the Sunday before "Patriot Day". Is that a national holiday? John, let me know if that gets set in "concrete". I might have to take Monday off cause I hate coming through the tunnel with all that traffic and scaring Grandparents (Sunday is Grandparents Day) with the exhaust. Bahahahhaa.

It's been a while since I've seen most of you guys! Unfortunately, my schedule is PACKED. I think we're heading up to Spencer Speedway the weekend of the 9th to check out the "1/10th" mile track. The following weekend is a $5,000 footbrake race at Atco that I plan on attending. The weekend of the 23rd is the NED bracket finals at Maple Grove and Rick's chances of qualifying in Super Pro are pretty good right now (tied with 5 people for the last 3 spots with 3 races to go).

Maybe Brian can go and whip up a batch of taco dip for y'all. I did share the recipe a few years back.

 

OPS, Numidia would be 9/9 Saturday, Sunday they race points. Sorry

So far, October isn't too booked yet. The 8th is the Philadelphia Modifier's Race I'll probably race in but that's about it.

I'd probably show, but F-body Nationals on the 20th should be a pretty big gathering of F-bodies. Just advertise that some more and get a ton more guys to come.

 

Ron, the only time I see "booked" on my calender so far is the 1st week of October. (I think that's when the race is ) I'll be headed to Talladega for the race.

Ed... you're going to the the Talladega race on the weekend of October 8th. Charolette (Lowes MotorSpeedy-way) is a night race on Oct 14th. You should be okay for Sunday the15th. (Jeez!)
