hey guys whats up i'll be making my first trip to enlishtown soon and wanted 2 find out some info. I have my dad's old snowmobile/motorcycle helmet it doesn't have a faceplate. Will I still be able 2 use it. It covers my head but not my face. I hope I can use it because i really don't want 2 buy a new helmet

 

IMO get a good helmet just in case someting bad happens.

 

If they say it's not legal they rents helmets there for like $2, that's what I did for a while before I finally got around to buying one.

 

I use a regular motorcycle helmet and no 'face plate' or eye protection is required for drag racing..
You shouldn't have any problem.. if so you can rent one, as stated above..

 

You don't need a face plate. You'll be able to race with what you have. In Pennsy, you don't even need a helmet if you're running 15's (or is it 14's?) or hire.

 

Most tracks require a snell 95 rating or newer I believe. It depends how close they tech your car.
