Final Fall Fling IV Oct 18th...
The 97TA is proud to announce it's hosting of the fourth annual F-body Final Fall Fling (F4) to be held on Sunday afternoon October 18th, rain or shine, at Peace Valley Park (Pavillion 5), Doylestown PA.
Note: This year its back at Pav 5. Same side of the park, just a different location on the road.
Final Fall Fling directions
I will bring the hot dogs, rolls and basic stuff like ketchup, mustard, relish, paper plates and plastic utensils.

I would like to go.I missed last years but made it the year before & I had a great time & it's been awhile since I've seen any of you. That being said Oct has been a really busy month for me thus far,& I have something going on that day but it should be over early so I will try to make it.
On a different note...Is there any place to hunt around there ??

Due to the forecasted weather for Sunday, locally a 60% chance of rain and those coming in from northern areas having a chance of snow, with temperatures in the 40s, many participants will not be bothering to attend the event. Faced with such likelihood of a small if any turnout, this years Final Fall Fling is being canceled. Regretfully, I don't have a backup "raindate" for the event. Oh well. Will try again next year...

Forecast:
Rain. Highs in the lower 40s. North winds 10 to 15 mph with gusts up to 25 mph. Chance of rain near 100 percent.
Carol told me to go F myself if I thought she would be cooking the hotdogs. So no hotdogs...no event.
Yep, you won't be missing anything because it aint happening.
This years friggin weather has been sucky in that it rained alot of Saturdays, meaning I never went to the track this year. Damn good thing I got that e-cutout and exhaust system on to make me leagl at E-town. jeez.

was pretty icky yesterday... wasn't too bad by 5pm but still would not have been fun in a park being wet. Next year I'm in...
At least the rain was all forgotten by 8:14 while I sat on the couch screaming at the TV when Howard and Werth hit cleared the bases!!!!

It was fine rain and then misty for me (and that would also be the park) until noon. Then that stop, but it was dang breezy and chilly.
Lee...whooa!!! Drives me nuts; one night they six pitchers to get out of the inning, the next night only one pitcher for the whole game. Felt bad for Riuz. He was sure getting beat up.
