Didn't know how many people would be interested in this, but I'm getting some f body friends of mine to go to cecil co. dragway on sept. 23rd to enjoy some cooler weather and better times...I'll hopefully have my car finished for then. It'll be kinda a big 18th b-day party for me, at the place I love most with the cars I love most. If interested, please let me know. Thanks.

Redneck i will be there with my 99 camaro ss as long as i have my tranny straightened out by then !! what do u run in the 1/4 and where are u from ?

 

im from baltimore (perry hall) maryland...my best in fair weather was a 13.51@102.6...it should pull 13.4 in good weather, but by then she'll have new gears, t. arm, pcm for less tune, and a new igntion, and maybe even a cam. stock a4 tranny... stall pretty soon though!

 

if i get any more mods done before then ill go.

 

I might be interested if we catch one of those "great air" days. I haven't run the 1/4 mile yet this year but turned a 7.68 last weekend in the 1/8 mile in lousy air. Should put me in 11's at Cecil. Can't wait to try.
