Englishtown... Nov 19th (last time)

This is the last opportunity at Englishtown for some track runs. This coming Saturday, the 19th, will feature the following:

Time Trials, Trophy Marathon and Corvette Challenge (no points).

I'll be playing in the Trophy Marathon.

After this, it'll be time to take the drag radials off and put the snow tires and chains on the car...

Sorry Ron, I'm heading for Cecil. I'm going to see how fast I can run in the teal car. Trying to better the 11.20's from last year. Different motor this year (less hp but runs on 93 WaWa "racing" gas). Mow 'em down in the trophy marathon for me.

Can't. My parents are coming up from Cape May to see what this "racing is all about." So I'm bound to E-town...

Gots no trailer (on rent to a friend) at the moment and I gots no oil pressure at 6000 rpm.... neither of which are any good for racing this weekend If all goes well this winter I'll have her back up and running by the first nice spring days.

The 97 TA / Projectz28 is interested in the cam and rockers. It will compliment the 97 TA's "Project Z28" appearance and sound package (SS racing rims, the LS1 pipes...) real well.

How many racing stickers is this going to cost me?

Ran consistent 13.3's at Englishtown yesterday. Three out of four races. My first R/T was a .196 and I wanted to edge up on the light. But I went too far on the second and red light. Then I was able to settle down and get an .037 and a .047 light. (Timeslips, bottom of page) The 97 TA is running more than a whole second from when I "started". I use to say that if I could get into the 13's I'd be happy... but now I'm so close to 12's. So... If I get into 12's I'd be happy. Bahahahaha.

Oh its gonna cost you a ton Ron... I'm thinking a large box full of assorted stickers

I have an oil pressure problem now. I belive the cause of it is in the bottom end but I really wont know for sure untill I tear it down. Its possible I have a cam bearing problem,,, if thats the case the cam might not be any good. I'll let ya know.

I'll trade this stuff for something... you got anything I would be intrested in?

John.. I do have one good Percy's gasket remaining. Driver side.

But outside of that I just have a pile of discarded stock exhaust parts and AIR tubes. I do have a nice Summit sticker, a huge Jet Hot sticker and a couple of SLP's.
