The new suspenion should be ready. If it is then I'm there, but the only thing I'm hoping is the dang clutch will last through the day and ride home!

Hopin' to make it down. I'm in the process of "legalizing" the car. I've had the battery in the trunk since '97 and E-town actually checked for the first time a few weeks ago. So in went the Moroso Blue Box and the Flaming River switch. I just need to run a cable from the alternator to the switch so that it cuts the motor.

Hopefully the weather will be MUCH better than today.

Don't think I'll be able to make it this Saturday, I'm going down on Thursday to help Kazman out at the GMHTP event. My wife is due with our first July 13th and I've got to get some things done around the house before then. She is pretty understanding but I don't think I can get away with going to E-town 3 times in one week......nag nag nag!

Oh, how I understand!
No problemo, we'll will catch up for the F-Body Nationals on July 20th, or Maple Grove July 27th. Somewhere, for sure.

Take care of Mommy and let's us know of the good news...

I might stop by to watch you guys race like usual. Should I run my broken turbo Toyota 4Runner? I'm thinking low 20's if I'm lucky. Imagine all the guys red lighting because I get a 6-7 second head start.

Hey, Jeff, if you run that Toy 4Runner, I want a piece of that action. I like to see what those 9 sec'ers see when they run down my 14.2 at the line....

Due to my POS ET's I won't be there. Best I could do yesterday was 14.0. The FLP LT,s with the Grantelli MAS lean the car way out.
I'm probably getting false knock too due to the additional noise from the headers and RR's. Pulling the computer tonight and shipping it to Ed Wright. I lost .5 installing LT's. Most negative bang for the buck.

Dang, bummer, dude. I will miss meeting up with ya. I guess I'll catch up with you on July 20th for the F-body Nationals at E-town and or the following week at The Grove.
Good luck for a speedy repair...

Odd quirks with the rules. I won 3 of the 4 round and the won I lost, I beat the guy off the tree by .08 and was only .03 off my dial-in. He's .07 quicker than his dial-in and wins. WTF? I went to the tower to get a clarification and basically your considered right on anywhere from your dial-in to .08 seconds quicker. And too boot his win was by .007 seconds (a 16 second Mustang, no less).

But in the 4th round I easily took out a Cobra that had gone 3-0 to that point. Put the sucka on a trailer !!!!

Needless to say, I'm looking forward to the High-Tech Day and East Coast Nats when the rules are normal again.

Cool

We were given two time trial, four races.
I ended up with three wins.

I have to be quiet now until the 20th at E-town, for the F-Body day, which is the same day of Super Chevy Show at The Grove.
