Desperately Need Help Adjusting Valves

I am begging anyone near me to come and assist me in adjusting the valves on my car. I have done it 3 times so far this weekend. It was my first time and I did extensive research on the forums and know all of the methods but apparently can't perform them correctly. It is an all STOCK valvetrain. I can have the valve covers off and alt back on if you prefer the running method and can have it all off in my warm garage if you prefer engine off. I have a stethoscope and all the tools needed as well as a scanner. Can compensate for gas and tolls or food and beer or any combination thereof. PLEASE HELP. Any and all help will be greatly appreciated.

Alfredo,

I should be available to head over there tomorrow evening, unless something comes up, but I sent you a PM with all the instructions in my rebuild manual for adjusting stock rockers, so you can give that a shot tonight if you want. Let me know if that gets you there, otherwise I will call you tomorrow to get directions to your place...
