D42 Saturday. Probably my last chance.

WHo is all up for going? Weather is suppose to be a high of 63 humidity approximately 70% (good for NEO). My insurance expires on Oct. 8th and I leave for vacation on the 5th so this may be the last chance.

My SFCs, LCAs, and relocation brackets are suppose to go on Sunday also so they won't be in time. I may try to get out during the week next week but it doesn't look too likely.

QS&L Sounds good to me. So anybody who's interested, we'll all just meet there, grab a bite, then caravan out to 42 (or Thompson). Might be our last chance guys!

QS&L sounds good but I don't think I will be able to make it out there. I have to an appointment at 10 that should end near 11 and then I have to go home and throw on the salad shooters.

It seems out both of your ways too unless your not in a big hurry. Gary, the best bet for you would be a straight shot down 271 to 71S and Jeff, you are right by 71S. My guess is 45 minutes from QS&L.

If you guys want, I can meet up with ya somewhere on route 18, they have a lot of restaurants there or I will just meet you guys at the track.

Jeff, when you went down to Dayton last week did you notice the construction on the highway near West Salem? Not sure if that exit is closed or not. I saw a bunch of orange barrels though. Anyone else know if it is open?

Waswa, like Gary said, if your DRs are bored I am more than willing to work them out too.

Whereever you guys want to meet up. I was thinking somewhere on Medina 18. The only place I know of there though is Burger King which is left off the highway.

<--------Basically married. And so are you. lol.

I am going to try to get my tires on tomorrow so I don't have to do it Saturday and can come straight from Akron. As little driving as necessary. Time constraints and nikki is coming so I have to wait for her.

So I will be coming from 76. Maybe even a little closer to the track like say Lodi exit. I just talked to my friend too who has a Dakota 5.9 and he said he might go. Gary, you have met him. And another friend who has a '02 SS might go also.

Ahhhhh, the confusion.

The R/T is stock so who knows what it will run. I am currently working on getting a video camera for the events. Hopefully there will be another C5 there that cannot drive for chit.

My other buddy's SS is stock also. He is none too familar with cars either so if he tries talking about it just nod and laugh.

It isnt my video camera. it is my brothers friend's. he is trying to get it and should be able to. And BTW, he is going to head out there too and run the White Stallion (Olds 88) I will also have my digital still and lots of batteries and a clear memory card.

Lets all meet at 1:30 at the Lodi exit at BP. 5 minutes from D42. Really easy to spot b/c the Outlet Mall is on the right and is huge. Just take a left off the highway and BP will be on your right.

I'm looking forward to it. Hopefully some more guys will come through too.

The weather doesn't even look like it will change degrees while we are there.

Gary, just take 271 S and it turns into 71 S. From there just keep on going S and you will see a Lodi exit as mention before. It really isn't hard.

Can't wait. Damn thing better get some traction. All I ask is 1 time.
