Is there anyone in the upstate NY or surrounding area that would be willing to let me borrow a cat so I could get my inspection done not by the local garage but by the DMV itself. It wont be right away since I just dumped about 3 grand into my car with swapping motors,tranny and fuel system. But that would be willing to help out in a month or 2?
