I think I'm going to try Atco Saturday. Maybe I'll get my 12 if I don't spin off the line.

And for anyone reading, if ya see a crazy camera-man in the passenger window of a car on the highway, just go the same speed as the car he's in, I gotta work the motion blur.

The best is to have a lane seperating the cars if possible. And drop back just alittle to the back wheel of the camera car.

Only got two runs in at Atco because of the Junior Dragsters. Otherwise we would have been doing hot laps....

60' = 2.020
1/4 = 13.003
MPH = 107.03


60' = 1.971
1/4 = 12.945
MPH = 107.32

woohoo!!! theres that 12 sec slip I knew you would get. The air was decent today so that helped a bit. You have good MPH. Your putting down close to 10 MPH over your stock times. Nothing wrong with that. All you need now is to get those 60's down a bit. I bet with just a little practice you could get them down to high 1.8's and rip a few 12.8's out of her just the way she sits. But a converter will really wake it up.

Oh did I ever mention that a trailer is worth almost .2? lol

 

Ya I had a fantastic time. Freakin 13.324@ 104.7 on my first run ever with an A4 2.73 gears Freakin loved it. I'm uploading pics now. Too bad I lost to 2 LT1s today.

That second 14.1 @104 run was horrible. Spinning like cray off the line but I still have a better overall time than Ryan so I'm happy

Hey Andrew / Ryan, I had enough of driving "safe and slow" on the Pa turnpike when I almost got taken out by a small white pickup at the merge of rt1. The DR's don't like swerving too much and really got the car sideways. So I got the car up to "Highway Speed" and went home quickly....

 

I wish I could take pics like that. I guess I should start by ditching the $99 Kodak easy share camera huh?

Pics look good. My favorite is Ryan's Red Z... hmmmm, I wonder why that is?

Your definately going to have to get some pics of my car when and if I ever get it running. My goal is to get 24" or air under the tires lol

Ron, i had to maintain grandma drivin on the Tpike since i already got 5pts on my license and 3 of them clear end of this month..so i took it easy... when you were not behaving, i had the radio up a lil and could still hear u stomp on it away's up from us...love that sh*t

EDIT** Get a load of this Ron, Howard (red C6) got his 3rd run at 6:30..that is just ridiclous..What Atco did was just wrong

 

what happened ryan? and is ron the guy with the twin turbo vette? if so what did he run this time?

 

nah im just telling Ron about the guy howard we met there got his last run @ 630pm..it wasnt the twin turbo vette..this is a 2006 vette with longtubes..he wasnt happy with his times
